If you have not already, first report your property damage to the Kaua'i Emergency Management Agency.

Please submit a brief desciption of the type and severity of damage to your property. This may include damage to your house or other structures on the property (walls, fences, accessory buildings, etc.). You may also inform us of large downed trees.
